Welcome to Booths Country

Our founder Edwin Henry Booth had one simple aim, to sell the best food and drink available, in attractive stores, staffed with first class assistants. Since 1847, we have worked closely with local suppliers from the Northern counties we call home: Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria and Yorkshire – Booths Country.

You’ll find 28 of our stores dotted around Booths country, each one with its own variety of special, local and unique products and seasonal events. Take a peek at our spotlight on your Ilkley and Penwortham stores to find out a little more.
