If your enquiry relates to a problem with a product you have bought in one of our stores, you need to return your packaging and/or receipt to any Booths store, in order for the relevant supplier to look into this.
Product enquiries are best handled by staff at your local store. Our customer care team will be able to take full details and due to the data protection act we would require you to sign some paperwork. Unfortunately without this information we are unable to start an enquiry and carry out a thorough investigation.
