1 medium sized piece of fruit – such as an apple or a banana

5cm slice of a very large fruit such as melon, pineapple or papaya
1 tablespoon of small dried fruits, such as raisons
3 small dried fruits such as apricots
A handful of banana chips
150ml Fruit/Vegetable juice


3 heaped tablespoons full for cooked vegetables – such as peas, tinned sweetcorn or carrots


Green vegetables

2 broccoli spears

8 cauliflower florets

4 heaped tablespoons of kale, spring greens or green beans


1 cereal bowl full for raw vegetables, such as salad – or individually – one 2inch piece of cucumber, one medium tomato, 3 sticks celery

 


3 tablespoons of cooked pulses such as

chickpeas, kidney beans and lentils
