Scottish soft fruit is renowned for its quality, and ours comes from the heart of the Carse of Gowrie, where the long summer daylight hours and consistent temperatures create an ideal growing environment. Fragrant, ripe strawberries are hand-picked to order by family-run growers Stewarts of Tayside and are in our stores the next day. Enjoy them just with cream and sugar, make them the star of a shortcake stack, or capture their flavour in a gently-set strawberry jam.
