Our seasonal Saltmarsh and Herdwick Lamb, which is sold on our butcher counters does not receive a Halal Blessing. Details on these regional breeds can be found on our website.

Booths beef, pork, chicken and lamb does not receive a Halal blessing and therefore is not Halal.
