Blackberry and Blueberry Smoothie

Blackberry and Blueberry Smoothie served in a glass topped with extra blueberries and blackberries

  • 100g blackberries
  • 75g blueberries
  • 250ml natural yoghurt
  • 250ml apple juice
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp runny honey


1 Put the yoghurt, apple juice, blackberries and blueberries in a blender and blitz until smooth.

2 Add the banana and honey and blitz again.

3 Pour into glasses and serve.
