Join Beverley Mellor and Lucy Mellor for this special 2.5 hour Christmas Modern Calligraphy Workshop at Booths Windermere on Monday October 3rd from 6:30pm till 9pm.

During the Workshop we will be learning all the fundamentals of how to use a dip pen and ink, how to achieve the pressure strokes that give Calligraphy it’s characteristic look and mastering letterforms. We will move onto linking letters, first words and phrases supported by plenty of one-to-one tuition with 2 tutors – we will then move onto adding festive flourishes and decorative foliage to compliment your Calligraphy and finish with lettering up our own Christmas stationery items as well as some inspiring and festive lettered wall art pieces.
