Be Truffle

Be Truffle was founded with one single aim, to bring a taste of luxury to every kitchen. A once lavish ingredient known to be used in fine-dining, founders, Rita Brugnoli, Francesca Brugnoli and Alan Casagrande, wanted to make truffle accessible for everyday use. Combining their experience in the truffle industry and luxury food sectors, they were able to create an innovative selection of sauces, condiments, dips and powders that inspire a whole new generation of cooks to experiment with fresh recipes and flavours.
A product of Italy, their truffles are sourced in the Mediterranean, with the best fungi found under trees where they can exchange nutrients in the soil. The authentic, high-quality ingredients allow for culinary creativity in the kitchen so you can enjoy a tasty twist on your seasonal meals.
Blending classics with indulgence, their honey mustard sauce has sweet hints of honey, tangs of mustard and the richness of truffle all in one, adding a burst of flavour to your dishes.
