Mada Mada

Lead by Theodore, a qualified French pâtissier and his wife Kasia, Mada Mada begun in 2020 when they started selling homemade praline spreads at their petit coffee van in London. What began as a side project quickly became the heart of the business.
A staple ingredient in traditional French baking, they decided to make praline more approachable by creating their spreads which soon became so popular people were often coming back and asking for another jar!
The name Mada Mada comes from home rather than a boardroom, inspired by their daughter’s cardboard shop called “Chez Madame Ada”. That playful, homemade spirit still runs through everything they do today. At its heart, Mada Mada is about honest, generous food that’s genuinely enjoyable — spreads that feel very special but are made to be eaten every day.
Despite their growth since launching in 2020, each of their spreads is still produced in small, limited batches with the whole process being overseen by Theodore and Kasia. Made with no artificial flavours or preservatives, they carefully select the caramel and nuts to ensure only the best quality ingredients are used. All of the nuts are then slow ground slowly to bring out the natural flavours and create a smooth, indulgent texture.
Delicious and versatile, there’s so many ways to use Mada Mada spreads! Enjoy on toast using a fresh loaf from your bakery, stir into porridge for some added flavour, drizzle over ice cream for a sweet treat, bake into your favourite blondie recipe for a twist on a classic or use it as a drizzle in your refreshing iced coffee.
