  • 200ml chilled lemonade, we used cloudy
  • 1 scoop Booths vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Gin goblet or sundae glass

Instructions

  1. Pop the gin into the glass, then top up with chilled lemonade, leaving about one inch at the top of the glass to allow for the ice cream. Add a scoop of ice cream and a few fresh raspberries then enjoy.
