THE CLASSIC

Put the sugar cube onto a teaspoon and add the bitters. Drop the soaked sugar cube into a Champagne flute. Pour on the brandy to cover. Top up with Booth’s Champagne. A Maraschino cherry in each glass adds a festive touch.

GINGER FIZZ

For a spicy Christmas twist to the classic cocktail, try our simple recipe for Ginger Fizz. Drop a sugar lump-sized chunk of crystallised ginger into a Champagne coupe glass. Pour on Stone’s Green Ginger Wine to cover the crystallised ginger. Top up with Booths Champagne. Serve with a twist of tangerine peel.
