  • 150ml cloudy apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Orange & lemon peel
  • Grated ginger
  • 50ml gin


Ideal for winter this warm cocktail uses everyone’s favourite spirit of the moment, gin.

  1. Warm 150ml of cloudy apple juice with cinnamon, orange and lemon peel and a little grated fresh ginger, strain into a mug and add a 50ml measure of gin. Stir and enjoy!
