Booths Cardholder Afternoon Tea Competition T&Cs

Promoter details:

The promoter is: E.H. Booth & Co. Limited (Registration no. 49933) whose registered office is at Booths Central Office, Longridge Road, Ribbleton, Preston PR2 5BX.

The Rules

A prize draw is run monthly and entries for each prize draw will open at 00:00:01(GMT) on the first day of every month and close at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last day of every month.

To qualify for entry Booths cardholders must scan their Booths card at the Café checkout when purchasing their food and drink.

Each café transaction scanned with a Booths card shall receive 1 entry to the current draw.

Booths card numbers cannot be retrospectively added once the transaction has been placed.

The promotor is responsible for administering the Prize Draw. The random draw for the prize(s) will take place no later than 10 business days after the closing date of each monthly Prize Draw Period.

No cash alternative will be offered.

One winner will be selected at random each month from all correct and eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted via their phone number and/or email as per their Booths card account.

If the selected entrant does not comply with the prize draw rules or is unable to respond within 14 days of being contacted, that entrant will be disqualified and no alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4 weeks of confirmation of the required information.

Eligibility

The competition is open to all mainland UK Booths cardholders only except employees of E.H. Booth & Co. Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

The Prize

One winner will receive the competition prize of a voucher for Booths Afternoon Tea for Two.

Liability

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the prize draw, the decision of the promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

The promoter reserves the right not to award a prize (and select an alternative winner) if the promoter is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrants if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason.

The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Where the site and/or the Interactive Services are accessed from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.
