These Terms and Conditions and our Booths Card Terms and Conditions govern your entry to Booths.co.uk Cardholder Competitions Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

The prize draw sponsor (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”) is:

A prize draw is run monthly and entries for each prize draw will open at 00:00:01(GMT) on the first day of every month and close at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last day of every month.
The Sponsor is responsible for administering the Prize Draw. The random draw for the prize(s) will take place no later than 10 business days after the closing date of each monthly Prize Draw Period.
The draw will be conducted in accordance with the MRS Code of Conduct rules. The selected entrant will be contacted by email within a further 10 business days of the draw and must confirm their full name and address to accept their prize.
If the selected entrant does not comply with the prize draw rules or is unable to respond within 14 days of being contacted, that entrant will be disqualified and no alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4 weeks of confirmation of the required information.
The prize draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over except employees of EH Booths ltd and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion
Entry is dependent on full completion and submission of your contact details within the Prize Draw Period. Entrants must opt in to enter the prize draw by entering their email address at the correct screen.
Each survey completed shall receive one (1) entry to the current draw. Each person, unique email address or phone number is restricted to a maximum of one (1) survey completion per month.
By entering, contestants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants.
One prize of £250 paid in the form of a cheque will be awarded to the winner of each draw. The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Collection of Personal Information
Booths collects information, including personal information, that you voluntarily provide to us when you enter the draw. The kinds of personal information which we may ask you to provide may include your name, the organisation you represent (if any), your contact details, telephone number, email address and professional organisation membership identification. This is not an exhaustive list and we may ask for additional information as relevant from time to time.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, misdelivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw, winner notification, or winner response to notification.
The Sponsor reserves the right to hold void, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time where it is reasonable to do so. The Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the promotion; or otherwise fails to comply with these prize draw rules.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to entrant’s computer or electronic equipment occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the prize draw.
