Ingredients

  • 1 Slice The Bread Factory Sanetra Sourdough
  • 1/2 Jar Bold Bean Classic Baked Beans
  • Booths Butter
  • 6 Cubes Olympus Feta Cheese
  • 20g Fermented red Onion
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Chilli Flakes

Instructions

  1. Pour the beans into a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan.
  2. Follow the instructions on the jar to heat the beans using your chosen method.
  3. While the beans are heating up, chop the feta into 2cm cubes.
  4. Slice the sourdough bread to your desired thickness.
  5. Toast the bread, then place on a plate and butter while warm
  6. Spoon the beans on top of the toast.
  7. Top with the feta, fermented red onions and garnish with chilli flakes and coriander.
