Herbed Bread Rolls
- 100g butter, softened
- ½ teaspoon fresh thyme, roughly chopped
- ½ teaspoon fresh oregano, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 soft white bread rolls
Mix butter, herbs and garlic together.
Make a small hole in the side of the roll with a teaspoon and push 2 tablespoons of the herbed butter into each one. Then simply wrap in foil and heat through on the barbecue for 10 minutes until the rolls are crisp and golden.
