Herbed Bread Rolls

  • 100g butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme, roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon fresh oregano, roughly chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 soft white bread rolls


Mix butter, herbs and garlic together.

Make a small hole in the side of the roll with a teaspoon and push 2 tablespoons of the herbed butter into each one. Then simply wrap in foil and heat through on the barbecue for 10 minutes until the rolls are crisp and golden.
