Chorizo French Bread Pizzas

  • 1 small baguette, cut in half lengthways
  • 60ml pizza sauce
  • 60g mozzarella, grated
  • 10 slices chorizo
  • Pinch of oregano



  1. Preheat the oven to 220°c / 200°c Fan / 428°F/ Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cut the small baguette lengthways and press with a rolling pin to flatten.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce over the cut side of the bread and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  4. Garnish each pizza with chorizo and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.

Chef’s Tip:
Use slices of courgette or red onion for a vegetarian twist.
