Ingredients

  • 2 short glasses
  • Ice
  • 100ml vanilla syrup
  • 100ml spiced rum
  • 200ml cider
  • 1/2 apple, cut into dice
  • 1/2 pear, cut into dice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

Method

  1. Fill the glasses full of ice.
  2. Place the vanilla syrup and rum into a cocktail shaker ½ full of ice and shake well for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into the glasses and top up with cider.
  4. Garnish with the apple and pear dice and a cinnamon stick each.

Chef’s Tip

Make this a mocktail by adding sparkling apple or pear juice instead of cider and rum.
