Roll The Dice Rum Punch

Ingredients
- 2 short glasses
- Ice
- 100ml vanilla syrup
- 100ml spiced rum
- 200ml cider
- 1/2 apple, cut into dice
- 1/2 pear, cut into dice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
Method
- Fill the glasses full of ice.
- Place the vanilla syrup and rum into a cocktail shaker ½ full of ice and shake well for 30 seconds.
- Pour into the glasses and top up with cider.
- Garnish with the apple and pear dice and a cinnamon stick each.
Chef’s Tip
Make this a mocktail by adding sparkling apple or pear juice instead of cider and rum.
