  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Chilled soda water to top
  • Fresh strawberries, to garnish
  • Lemon twist, to garnish

  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 50ml soda water
  • Champagne, to top
  • Freshly sliced strawberry, to garnish
  • Sprig of mint, to garnish

  • 150ml premium tonic water
  • Freshly sliced strawberries

  • 40ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
  • 10ml dry vermouth
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Handful of fresh strawberries
  • 1 egg white (or vegan alternative)
  • Black pepper to garnish

Strawberry Smash Collins

  1. Combine the gin, lemon and sugar syrup in an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Top with chilled soda water.
  3. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a lemon twist for a winning serve.

Strawberry Smash Spritz

Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin adds a fruity twist to the classic Spritz, perfect for alfresco sipping.

  1. Add the gin, fresh lemon juice and soda water to a large wine glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with chilled Champagne.
  3. Garnish with a freshly sliced strawberryand a sprif of fresh mint.

Strawberry Smash G&T

Sipsmith’s champion twist on the classic G&T is a winning summertime serve.

  1. Add the gin to an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Top with chilled tonic water.
  3. Lift with a drinks stirrer to combine.
  4. Add freshly sliced strawberries for a winning garnish.

Strawberry Smash Club

  1. Add the gin, dry vermouth, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, a few strawberries and a egg white (or vegan alternative) inot a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice).
  2. Then, add ice and shake again (wet shake) before straining into a chilled coupette.
  3. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a crack of black pepper.
