- 50ml Cuckoo Supernova Gin
- 25ml Rosé Vermouth
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Rosemary sprig
- Grapefruit peel
- Tonic water
- Large wine glass to serve
- Fill the wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin, vermouth and sugar syrup and muddle to mix.
- Top with tonic water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and peel of grapefruit.
- Double the ingredients and repeat the method for a second glass.
