How Does it Work?

Order your goods on johnlewis.com and select to collect from your chosen store. You can collect your items from the customer service desk in store.

You’ll receive emails and texts to advise you that your order is ready to collect, plus reminders should you need one!

Your order is held at your chosen Booths collection store for 7 days; uncollected parcels are returned to John Lewis.

To collect your order you’ll need your order number and valid ID.

You can can return your John Lewis online order to the Booths store you collected it from. Returns take up to 5 days to process once John Lewis have received your returned order.
