Air Fryer Breakfast Rolls

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 4 Booths sausages, cooked and sliced in half
  • 4 slices Booths bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 100g cheddar, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and Pepper


1. In a large pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Then, pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it set slightly. Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir occasionally until they are scrambled. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and fold in the chives.
2. Divide the scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and cheese equally between the wraps.
3. Brush the tops with melted butter then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Line the basket of the air fryer with a piece of parchment paper greased with cooking spray and place the wraps in making sure they don’t touch. Cook at 180°C for about 5 minutes until they are golden and cooked through.
