Cherry Cheesecake Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients
- 450g full fat Greek yogurt
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 100g fresh cherries, destoned and halved
- 3tsp cherry jam
- 4 chocolate biscuits, crumbled
- 25g almonds, toasted and sliced
Instructions
Method:
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and half of the cherries, spread out on the greaseproof evenly.
- Spoon on the jam and swirl with a cocktail stick.
- Top with the other half of the cherries, biscuit crumbs and toasted flaked almonds.
- Freeze for about an hour and snap of when you need.
Chef’s Tip
Using full fat Greek yogurt makes this freeze better.
