Sweet Eve strawberries

Developed to thrive in the British climate, Sweet Eve is a new variety of strawberry with a traditional English flavour. The ripe berries are fragrant, juicy and intensely sweet, and grown for us by George Leeds at Withers Farm in Herefordshire. They’re perfect in any dish you’d use a home-grown strawberry for; try setting them in a Pimm’s jelly, slicing them to top a baked vanilla cheesecake or just macerating with lemon and sugar for the simplest of summer desserts.
