Competitions

Open to all UK mainland consumers only except employees of EH Booths ltd and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. • Limited to one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. • Any entries made after the competitions specified closing date will not be counted. • Competition winners will be notified within 14 days of competition closing dates. The promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value. • The promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact the winners, but if after 21 days from the initial attempt to contact the winner have not responded the promoter reserves the right to choose another winner without any liability to the original winners for doing so. • No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Booths reserves the right to withdraw, alter or change any cardholder reward without notice.

Free Hot Drink offer

  • Offer available to all Booths cardholders on presentation of a  registered Booths card in store.
  • Available in selected stores only, during Café and Hot Food counter opening hours.
  • One hot drink per Booths cardholder per day, excludes flavoured drinks, soft drinks, food items.
  • No purchase necessary. Cannot be used in conjunction with other Café offers, hot drink offers or hot drink loyalty card.
  • Offer not available through self checkout. At a manned till the customer must
    show their Booths card.

Newspaper offer

  • Offer available to Booths cardholders only on presentation of a registered Booths card in store.
  • Money off based on the cheapest newspaper purchased. Subject to availability.
  • Money off value varies depending on day.
  • Only available at participating stores.
  • Excludes online, petrol stations.
  • Maximum one transaction per day.
  • Offer not available through self checkout. At a manned checkout you must show your card, £5 spend must be on qualifying items. This offer cannot be used against any of the following items: non-groceries (such as flowers, entertaining, home and hampers), infant formula, tobacco, stamps, mobile top ups, e-top up vouchers, lottery tickets, gift vouchers, cash back, car park charges, fuel and delivery charges. Booths Card – Privacy Policy

Your personal privacy is of the utmost importance to us at Booths. In every decision we make, we consider the impact on your personal privacy, being information directly identifying you (your “Personal Information”) as provided under applicable law, and only seek to process your Personal Information where necessary, either to serve our legitimate business interests or to provide you with a service that you have expressly requested.

This Privacy Policy discloses how we at Booths collect, process, share and secure information gathered from you whilst (i) using the Booths card and (ii) browsing the Booths websites.

Booths – Information Collected and Processed

Booths uses eReceipts platform which allows you to store electronic versions of your receipts in a secure web account, and from time to time receive promotions, coupons, discounts and other offerings that may be of interest to you (collectively, “Rewards”) from Booths, based on your past purchases. When you make a purchase from Booths, and scan your booths card the electronic receipt will appear in your Booths account which can be accessed via www.booths.co.uk or by the Booths mobile app currently available for IOS devices.

When you opt in for marketing communication you give your permission for Booths to analyse your purchase history and your use of booths card to both improve booths card and provide you with Rewards associated with each electronic receipt. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive Rewards then please opt out at 1. Click the link to opt out of communication at the bottom of any email sent by booths or 2. Changing your opt in preference on your Booths account page.

Personal Information Collected through Booths

When you register and further use your Booths account, we may collect the following Personal Information from you:
• Name, email address – used to register your Booths account and communicate with you;
• Address – used to mail any rewards to you such as your booths bag and additional wine discount vouchers;
• Sales receipt details (time of sale, store information, sale location, items purchased) – used to record your transactions and provide you with an electronic receipt;
• Booths Card identification number – used as a reference number to identify your transactions and provide you with electronic receipts and to provide you with Booths card benefits;
• Other Personal Information that you provide whilst communicating with us from time to time.
We will not share your Personal Information with any other third party vendors, their group companies and External Service Providers.

Aggregate, Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.
