Severance & Waiver
If any condition of these website conditions is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of these remaining conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
These conditions, any claim relating to, the use of this website and the materials contained herein are governed by English law. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts (provided that if you are a consumer we agree that if any dispute arises out of or in connection with the website then the courts of your country or state of domicile shall have jurisdiction over such dispute).
Open to all UK mainland consumers only except employees of EH Booths ltd and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. • Limited to one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. • Any entries made after the competitions specified closing date will not be counted. • Competition winners will be notified within 14 days of competition closing dates. To take advantage of any Booths card offers, the Booths cardholder must present their Booths card in store at the time of redemption (and, where applicable, purchase). Booths card offers will not be applied retrospectively if the cardholder does not present the Booths card at the time of redemption (and, where applicable, purchase).
Booths cards are issued by and remain the property of E.H. Booth & Co Ltd (Booths). Booths may terminate the Booths card scheme and/or refuse to issue a Booths card and/or withdraw or cancel any Booths card at any time.
Booths reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and/or to add, remove or amend any offers made available to Booths cardholders. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be made available to view via the Booths website www.booths.co.uk.
HOT DRINK OFFER
Available to Booths cardholders only on presentation of your permanent Booths card in store. Available in selected stores only. One regular hot drink per Booths cardholder per day. The offer excludes flavoured drinks, soft drinks and food items and is not available through self-checkout. To enjoy your free regular hot drink use the take-away coffee machines located in store. If you wish to claim your free regular hot drink from a store café, the drink may only be claimed alongside a food purchase from the café (which does not include children’s meals or drink upgrades). The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other café offers, hot drink offers or hot drink loyalty cards.
BOOTHS CARDHOLDER OFFERS
All products marked with lower prices for cardholders in store may be purchased by Booths cardholders at a discount from the retail price applicable in store to non-cardholders. The discount applicable to a Booths cardholder product shall be as shown in store on point of sale in front of the product. The Booths cardholder must present their Booths card in store at the till at the time of purchase to receive discount. Booths retains full discretion to add or remove products from the Booths cardholder offers on a temporary or permanent basis and to set and amend the level of discount applied to any Booths cardholder offer from time to time. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Booths offer or promotion relating to the same Booths cardholder offers. This offer excludes any orders from our Christmas Book, either ordered online or in store.
BOOTHS CARDHOLDER COMPETITIONS
Open to customers of EH Booth & Co Ltd aged 18+ only, who hold a permanent Booths card. To enter a competition, cardholders must purchase a qualifying product between the dates specified for each competition and must scan their Booths card at the point of purchase. Restrictions apply. The prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for the monetary value. The competitions are subject to products being available and can be withdrawn at any time. The competitions are not open to Booths colleagues or family of colleagues. The winners will be selected from all valid entries during the Promotion Period in a random draw which will be conducted within 7 working days of the end of the Promotion Period by an independent body.

In every decision we make, we consider the impact on your personal privacy, being information directly identifying you (your “Personal Information”) as provided under applicable law, and only seek to process your Personal Information where necessary, either to serve our legitimate business interests or to provide you with a service that you have expressly requested.
Booths – Information Collected and Processed
Booths uses eReceipts platform which allows you to store electronic versions of your receipts in a secure web account, and from time to time receive promotions, coupons, discounts and other offerings that may be of interest to you from Booths, based on your past purchases. When you make a purchase from Booths, and scan your booths card the electronic receipt will appear in your Booths account which can be accessed via www.booths.co.uk.
When you opt in for marketing communication you give your permission for Booths to analyse your purchase history and your use of booths card. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive marketing communication then please opt out at 1. Click the link to opt out of communication at the bottom of any email sent by booths or 2. Changing your opt in preference on your Booths account page.
Personal Information Collected through Booths
When you register and further use your Booths account, we may collect the following Personal Information from you:
• Name, email address – used to register your Booths account and communicate with you;
• Address – used to mail any discount vouchers to you;
• Sales receipt details (time of sale, store information, sale location, items purchased) – used to record your transactions and provide you with an electronic receipt;
• Booths Card identification number – used as a reference number to identify your transactions and provide you with electronic receipts and to provide you with Booths card benefits;
• Other Personal Information that you provide whilst communicating with us from time to time.
We will not share your Personal Information with any other third party vendors, their group companies and External Service Providers.
Aggregate, Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.
