We are very excited to be introducing a brand new range of elegant patisserie to 11 of our stores this April. Locally crafted for us by Nigel Smith Patisserie in Chorley, who pride themselves on the high quality of their work,

Patisserie by Nigel Smith provides high quality luxury desserts to the hospitality industry, including private and corporate clients. All our hand made desserts are free from artificial colours, additives and preservatives. We use only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients – from our milk, eggs and cream, right down to the packaging. Our talented pastry team is passionate about baking, creating and presenting real flavours to our clients and guests. Having taken a look at the market for high quality dessert suppliers particularly in Lancashire and the North West, we really struggled to find a supplier that could offer fresh, bespoke, fine dining quality, ready-to-present desserts oozing real mouth watering flavours – so Patisserie by Nigel Smith was born!

the range will be launching towards the end of April at your Ripon, Burscough, Chorley, MediaCityUK, Lytham, St Annes, Poulton, Knutsford, Penwortham, Fulwood and Penrith stores. They’ll be priced at £2.25 each, 2 for £4.00 or 4 for £7.50 and you can find them at the counters.

Pastry case filled with salted caramel, fresh banana and banana mousse topped with milk chocolate ganache and a banana chip

Chocolate and Orange Slice
Layers of chocolate orange mousse and chocolate sponge, topped with orange jelly, an orange piece and toasted meringue

Apricot Sponge
Soft apricot sponge filled with apricot puree topped with white chocolate mousse, apricot and bee pollen
