Visiting one of our deli counters is like coming face-to-face with a dream picnic. Whether you favour a thick slice of Cumbrian ham or fine charcuterie from the Spanish experts at Brindisa, we’ve got it. Working with butcher Chris Battle, we have brought traditional York ham back from obscurity, and Chris has taught our staff how to hand-carve this proudly old-fashioned treat.

Of course, no delicatessen is complete without a good pie. Among our British suppliers, the award-winning Topping Pie Company, based in Doncaster, makes proper Yorkshire pies for us, while our Melton Mowbray pork pies bear the proud blue-and-gold livery of pie royalty Mrs King’s.

To go with all our cold cuts, pies and pates, our delis also offer zesty Lincolnshire-made salads which change seasonally, and preserved treats including sweet stuffed peppers and more olives than you can shake a cocktail stick at. All you need is crusty bread and some good butter – and we’ve got that too.
